Terms of Service

Arcana Lens photographs a tarot layout and produces an interpretation using an automated model. It is provided for reflection and entertainment. It is not advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise — and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional.

Readings are for reflection, not prediction. Nothing in a reading foretells the future or describes real events, people or outcomes, and no result is guaranteed to be accurate. Take nothing you read here too seriously: use your own discernment, and make your own decisions. If something in a reading distresses you or touches on your health, safety, finances or legal position, speak to a qualified professional.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to create an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You confirm the details you give us are accurate.

Free accounts get a limited number of readings per week, with a short wait between readings. Pro removes those limits and adds in-depth readings, the saved journal, notes, PDF export and custom spreads.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first.

You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on a new subscription; by starting to use Pro immediately you agree that we begin the service during that period, and any refund may be reduced in proportion to what you have used.

Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, automate access, resell readings, upload content you have no right to upload, or upload material that is illegal or depicts other people without their consent.

Your photos, questions and notes remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them for you and to send them for automated interpretation while you use the service. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
